Security Protocol: The entrance into the chamber has been sealed shut. It is to be constantly monitored for any changes.
Description: Formerly containment chamber #9169. Standard Euclid-class anomaly holding cell; reinforced concrete walls and lead-lined heavy-duty steel door. Recently recovered files seem to imply some kind of structural modification was made to the chamber prior to its current state.
Chamber is hypothesised to emit a strong antimemetic effect. All information regarding the contents of the chamber's interior can not be retained in any way, either through memory or writing. Individuals that look into the chamber will not be able to recall it as anything other than a blank void, and those who hear descriptions of it will immediately have the information purged from their memories.
This phenomena was first observed on 1985-03-24, when a strong odor was reported to be emanating from inside the chamber. Upon investigation into the site archives, it was found that all relevant digital records had been corrupted, and all physical documents were found to be completely blank.
Interestingly, similar abnormalities have also been observed across a number of seemingly unrelated files.
